Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio from Halloween Havoc 1997 seems to have influenced today's wrestling the most. A lot of wrestlers point to that match as their favorite.

The Rock n Roll Express’ matches with The Midnights and Arn & Tully are still the gold standard for tag wrestling. All three of those teams are so underrated in the grand scheme of things.

One of the biggest misses in NWA was when they started the Midnights/Arn & Tully feud... that shyt was gonna be fire but it didn't get to go too far because that's right when Arn & Tully quit. I happened to see a match between them live, and the very next weekend Arn & Tully dropped the belts to the Midnights and left. It just didn't get to pick up enough steam on TV, they could've (and probably would've) taken it all the way to Starrcade.
