Most Disappointing Sequel You've Played?

Mass Effect Andromeda isn’t a sequel so I’m gonna go with Mass Effect 3 hands down given the way it made the impact of the first two completely pointless and the writing in 3 was piss poor. It’ll go down as one of the biggest disappoints in gaming history.

How you get over a decade to cook up a sequel and EVERYTHING about it: narrative, combat, world/level/art design, performance, etc. is WORSE than its predecessor from 2 generations back?
