Its was on Smackdown in 2003, this was apart of that Zach Gowen Storyline. She was wanted gowen to be apart of the roster but Vince didn't approve of it. Her and Vince were feuding over control of Smackdown all summer starting with the Hogan/Mr. America nonsense.

Stephanie broke down in front of Vince in an backstage segment, going on some overly emotional and horribly acted spiel about wanting to be a better person, not ending up like Vince, she claimed she needed to give Gowen this opportunity to redeem herself of a life of nasty shameful and disgraceful acts. The most notable being Vince pimping her out to his business partners while she was a teenager.

I remember watching to this day. it was sooooo long and distrubing, just the definition of bad taste. I've never been able find the video of this online anywhere tho. Its crazy that all the flat-out ratchet things they've allowed on tv this is the one thing thats completely #Nobodyremembersthat
