Mayo is the boss level sauce.

Particularly Polish or Belgium/Dutch Mayo, it just smacks differently.

I love having Mayo with Jollof rice or fresh hot French fries or chip shop chips.

Not a fan of ranch.

Ranch? Don't understand the purpose...same as sour cream unless you're thoroughly mixing sour cream into something as part of a recipe. Sour cream on tacos, burritos etc

If I wanted "ranch wings", I'd just coat the chicken in ranch. That creamy bland shyt is just so people can eat spicy food without looking soft. I'm convinced most people couldn't even eat a fresh jalapeno without damn near ripping their own tongue out. Maybe folks prefer sweet/creamy over savory/salty.

Mayo? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Works for tuna fish and some sandwiches. Definitely needs some mustard and pickles to balance it out though.
