that was when like 90% of MK's fanbase threw the series in the bushes
and it stayed in the bushes until MK9 dropped, that's when the majority of us started checking for the series again
still have the original disc and pop it in my ps3
this was the best in the motion caputure series
plus its the only game in the series that had a code for 1 button finishers, so you can have instant gratification when you win

Id prefer the 64 version over the ps1 version.
ps1 had more characters but 64 had 3 on 3 and a couple of extra moves for some characters and the boss characters had fatalities.

well the point of MKT was to be a COMPLETE mortal kombat, and the CD format allowed MKT on PSX to have everything imaginable, from every charactor ever, every background, every music, every boss, etc.
