I made some cool variations of Noob Saibot. I will upload pics, but so far my favorites are:
Jason's Lyric- I gave him that Friday the 13th looking Jason mask, but it's the silver Medieval looking one. The armor looks Medieval as well.
Black Excellence (probably will change this once I find a dope variation for Jax)- Medieval armor with the Noob Saibot mask.
Night Shade- the ninja looking skin with the spikes paired with the Noob Saibot mask.

I've been playing with Liu Kang lately, didn't plan on it but I like his combos. I also have been getting it in with Kung Lao.
I feel like they perfected some of these characters in this game. Liu Kang is one of them. Before MK11, Liu Kang was one of my least favorite characters. Bow I find myself using him quite a bit. I liked Kung Lao a lot in MK2 and Deadly Alliance. He isn't able to pull off a lot of the dope strings he had in MK9, but still an all around dope character.
Yeah Liu is top tier. I see Kung giving a lot of people grief online, so I figure, why not try him out.
Lui Kang is mid tier. Trust me. His main string you can poke out of and punish
