And even if they use eminent domain...expect that shyt to spend a lot of time in court and for people to want a bigger sum than the government is willing to pay for that land...

^^This is the likely scenario. I saw a documentary on the wall and the militant crackas down there that self-police ( without govt authorization) parts of the wall. Because of the way people's property lines, county lines, city limits and shyt are drawn out and the huge amount of bureaucracy to settle on right of way for the wall, there are portions of the wall that are heavily fortified yet abruptly end at a person's property line. Folks can just drive around the wall to come and go as they please. Another homeowner I think had a gate in the wall to access his property and it was secured with a chain. After all of this time , that shyt still isn't settled.

They will build this wall and people will still get in But the companies/people employed to build the wall would be a boom for the economy...Build the wall it won't stop a thing but it will help out a whole lot of industry.
