But in all seriousness, I'd like the current state of affairs to result in a presidential Executive Order or mandate to result in requiring ALL police to be mic'd/cammed up on cruisers and on their person. As well as some sort of digital library for footage, for ALL police departments. They can put cameras on phones, on corners, etc...It's the world we live in. It's a no-brainer, and there's NO reason police should be able to embellish, lie, or completely falsify their reports. Hold EVERYONE accountable. Also, it may even benefit them as well in some cases. It's a win-win. Make losing the footage as well, a crime/penalty worthy.

It could be Obama's last hurrah.
