Enough to know that if I get jumped in a privately owned establishment that I pay a membership fee for, then that establishment holds a good amount of legal liability
so you have no real experience...
liability falls on reasonable expectation...
if a Russia defector gets poisoned with polonium administered through the tip of an umbrella by a russian agent in the middle of a Mcdonalds...
mcdonalds would not hold full liability because of the circumstances surrounding the assassination....
(their insurance would pay out a certain amount though)
now if that same Mcdonalds has a documented issue with homeless people harassing customers
and their lack of action to protect the patrons led to a person getting injured...
that person would get paid greatly...
the circumstances surrounding 69's personal life were the main factors in this situation..
not a lack of reasonable security accommodations by the gym
it's ok to have uninformed takes on situations...
but at least be open about your lack of knoweledge
