How much experience with commercial insurance and lawsuits do you have? Just wondering.
Enough to know that if I get jumped in a privately owned establishment that I pay a membership fee for, then that establishment holds a good amount of legal liability

so you have no real experience...

liability falls on reasonable expectation...

if a Russia defector gets poisoned with polonium administered through the tip of an umbrella by a russian agent in the middle of a Mcdonalds...

mcdonalds would not hold full liability because of the circumstances surrounding the assassination....

(their insurance would pay out a certain amount though)

now if that same Mcdonalds has a documented issue with homeless people harassing customers

and their lack of action to protect the patrons led to a person getting injured...

that person would get paid greatly...

the circumstances surrounding 69's personal life were the main factors in this situation..

not a lack of reasonable security accommodations by the gym

it's ok to have uninformed takes on situations...

but at least be open about your lack of knoweledge

You just said a whole bunch of nothing

If your insurance issues a payment its because you were found liable in some way, so thanks again for redundantly reiterating my point

You can stop responding now

lol...

insurance will make payouts even when you're not liable.

if the cost/time of going to court isn't worth the trouble, a payment will be issued...

you definitely have no experience with commercial insurance...

you think the only time a payout is made is when people are found legally liable?

what carrier is your commercial insurance through?
