Another factor is, Tony would have to kill Walt outright. If any one else got hurt....Jesse, Hank, Skylar, Walt Jr., Holly, etc. then Walt wouldn't give a fukk if he died, as long as he killed Tony. The flash-forward in season 5 proves that.

He'd probably pull up to the strip club in broad day light with the M60.

Tony doesn't have that kind of mind state. He actually cares if he lives or dies or goes to jail.
