Its Magic, not even a doubt in my mind.

Barkley is the most unique player in NBA history. There was not a Barkley before, and I highly doubt there would be one after him. 6'4" superstar power forward who was strong as two bulls, with freak athleticism, super long arms, and played mostly in the post? Those players dont exist.

I may be off but wasn't that essentially what Larry Johnson was before the back injuries. He wasn't as chubby but he was basically a small dude like Barkley banging the boards, running the floor even shooting the outside shot. Talk was that he was around 6'6 or shorter.

so Barkley was 6'8" despite he himself saying he was 6'4" and being listed at 6'6" and you saying he was 6'7" :steviej:

yeah, lets go with a dodgy height photo from the 90s. Especially since Barkley isnt even standing up straight. :russ:

good call. I dont think LJ's arms were as long tho, but yeah... yeah you have a sorta point.

You posted an article form 1992 to back up your claim :usure:

Yeah everybody knew Barkley wasn't nowhere near 6'8. It's crazy what he accomplished being the height he was.

Norfeast groovin…
Barkley 6'6" at least bruh

Anyways...there is a player similar (not talent) to Barkely and it's Dejuan Blair. I see more undersize PF/C more than tall PGs.

If we talking about superstars, there's a higher chance of another Magic. shyt look, at lebron. Sometimes these players played PG and experienced a sudden growth spurt towards the end of their hs careers

That's kinda how I look at it, there are quite a few undersized post players out there. Just none that are as gifted as Chuck was, plus there's a higher chance that another Magic will appear tho I think that too is a dream more than anything.

Where do you people come up with these stats
DPJIF00Z.jpg

Clearly taller or atleast equel to Jordan

Michael-Jordan-30924.jpg

Pippen is listed at 6'8"

Watch your mouth with that "you", junior. Notice i said "same say he was...". As you all know i am always very careful how I phrase things.

My point was that Barkley was not your typical 6'9" or 6'10" traditional PF

I voted Barkley cause I see an undersized PF (6'6/6'7) from some small school blowing up as a star averaging 20/10+ before I see a 6'8+ player running offenses with the skill and flair of Magic :manny:

You gotta look at the offense and supporting casts as well. That Orlando team didn't run like those Lakers. Not too many teams since those Lakers have run like that. You put Bron in PHX in 04 instead of Nash with Antoni and JJ, Marion, and Amare and I think he could've come close.

The fact that you have more nikkas trying to be Magic only ups the chances that we will see another one. When is the last time we saw a 6'5 chubby nikka playing the 4?
