I agree with Cornette just because this is fake and everyone knows it doesn't mean all this goofy shyt should fly. Unlike Cornette though if this is THE tone IF invisible wrestlers are a thing there I'm fine with it. There are comedy promotions where ladders and coffee tables have fought for belts and that's okay because that's the tone of that promotion but I don't respect when these indie promotions and their fans who run with this idea of it's all phony so why don't we throw invisible grenades around or why don't we stop the match and file our taxes and you beards will cheer for it because we know you will. Lucha Underground had more goofy shyt than probably any wrestling promotion and I liked it because they didn't do consequence-free goof shyt. They had a demi-god luchador that murdered wrestlers on a weekly basis and that stuck and they were able to get away with a lot other crazy things because they built a world to house their crazy where it all fit and everyone took it seriously.

I can't even listen to Cornette anymore, by the way. A wealth of useful knowledge, but he uses it for nothing but invective. He and Satin's cornball ass kind of deserve each other, honestly.
