I'm not a Murican so forgive me for my ignorance but I don't think it has snowed in California since the 60s or so if I'm not mistaken. So, that theoey is debunked because that would be impossible unless they were in the mountains.

This incident I’m referring to did not occur in California. It happened in New York while PAC was filming Saturday Night Live. Here is Reggie talking about it. I’ve heard several people talk about it.

Story is not accurate, the incident happened in New York when they were there to tape SNL, Pac wasn't there and Suge wasn't there at the time of the beating, stripping and snowball catching. After the incident though when Pac confronted Suge about it, Suge said "if it was that easy for the homies to make him do all that imagine how easy it will be for the enemies to hem him up and get info etc" so Pac flew Mopreme home.
