I got a funny story on seeing them live. I saw them with Pharoahe Monch in 2004. I was standing in the front row, and my phone started vibrating, so I quickly pulled it out to check it, and felt a thunderous smack on the back of my head.
I looked up to see Lil Fame staring right at me, "Pay attention when I'm rapping n---a!!!" I had to laugh. Further into the show, they did the Salute and Downtown Swinga, and I was rapping along every word. After that, they pulled me up on stage for the U Don't Know Remix, and then everyone rushed the stage for the last song, Ante Up.
After the show I talked to Billy Danze, and was talking about the Handle Ur Bizness EP, and he said they didn't even have a copy anymore. So I gave them mine, and smoked with them, and went home.
Fun show.
