i'm thoroughly convinced that henchmen helped in the setup of 2pac. not only because of the same detective that was at the scene of the shooting and the rape case but because he was indeed telling on people to try and get off on cases as someone who is a career criminal usually does to stay out of jail. people seem to forget about these court documents where it shows henchmen telling on people at least 3 different times:
