i have no proof that GMO's are bad...outside of how that company comports itself. It's a business and time and history and economics have shown us time and again that companies don't care about nothing other than their bottom line, as they should.

Given some of the shady shyt i've seen Monsanto do i'm cautiously leaning towards all there actions having alternate motives. Worse case scenario is i'm wrong and i owe them an apology :manny:

Actually....no.

Europe is focusing on not having any American corporation taking over their agriculture or food industry overall. Scandinavia, Germany, France, and Italy are all very prone on having cheap east European labor and goods to continue to supply their markets. Both economically and politically efficient.

like cheap eastern european labor is america's fault. :childplease:

like i said on the first page, if you want to say they run monopolies on certain seeds and crops then go ahead.

The US needs GMO labeling so the populace can choose for itself what produce it wants to buy.

Concurrently, I'd like to see soil, water, and air quality studies of major agricultural areas be funded by neutral parties.

define neutral parties. you mean the government?

Government is never neutral, as long as elected officials accept campaign contributions.

Finding a neutral party may be like looking for a needle in a haystack. I guess I misspoke and should have said that an impartial study funded by opponents and proponents of GMOs should be done.

By the way: show one peer-reviewed study that shows any danger to people, And not funded by some anti-gmo group.

I'll save you the time...you can't.

And if you would read the article you'll realize its about some new seed that hasn't passed FDA standards.

There is no conspiracy

Make a thread to make your case.. I'm confused on this.. so far they seem shady... tell us how their shyt is safe.

i'll stick to my gut on this one.
