I did, but I am talking about the narrative of the 1980's Gay Panic/AIDS Epidemic that is being used for Monkeypox. Now it's true that a good portion of people coming down with this are Gay Men. Still though you had people like Arthur Ashe and Ryan White who got HIV from medical procedures.

Because 1.) It's not just Gays that are coming down with this, 2.) Having Mainstream News promoting this talk harms Non-Homosexual citizens because they think this can be spread only sexually.

You can't just look at Deaths. In some severe cases this can cause Blindness or even Encephalitis (Brain Inflamation) which can be fatal. It's just like COVID, there are people out there who will need, and are looking for double lung transplants because of Long COVID.

The case was identified at Palo Verde High School. A CCSD spokesperson could not confirm whether the case was a student, staffer or teacher, but said that not identifying the person was standard protocol.
