But what's netflix criteria to justify a low/high/midballed? That's been the missing fact not yet confirmed by those of you who are siding with Netflix
Which is even more important to know, with Sykes backing up Monique claims

We only know what Monique said and what Netflix hasn't said. If the claim was yall don't believe Monique's account of what happened, then that would be a different discussion, one which I wouldn't be apart of cause it would be based on speculation/insecurities/biases/fandom

The criteria is this is thats what they think she would bring in. Now Wanda is probably more known to white people than Monique, and she is funnier. But I don't think at this moment white people or black people or checking for Wanda Sykes. So I'm thinking they are acknowledging that Monique does at least have somewhat of a nice black following. Facts are facts, are population isn't as large so if you only have a black audience you won't be able to bring in as much money if you are not a crossover act. I'm certain they aren't giving her the exact ammount they think she can bring in,if they offering 500K,they probably think she could bring in 1M to 1.5M based on whatever analytics they are using.

She seems to think Chapelle and Rock are getting paid like that because they are legends when Netflix could care less about that. They know Amy Schumer ain't no damn legend either but paid her based on what they thought she could bring in. Now what Netflix should do,since now she has probably garnered some attention for this special,Netflix should tack on another 250K to 500K. But I guess if Monique and her fans are boycotting Netflix wouldn't bring in any money from the special still:francis:.

redo the analytics Netflix.

The real issue and this boils down to women in sports too...

Should you pay people what they worth to the market or the company...

Or pay people based on merit and what they have accomplished...

Cause let's be real...

Black people have been researched and there is an argument that we are paid less than White people, even while doing the same job...with the same qualifications or whatever...

If people are paid based on what they have accomplished and only that...not what the market dictates or what they company deems that they are worth...

That would change a lot for Black people...

Like I said...

These arguments over Monique isn't really about Monique, it's about Black people and the worth of Black people expressed in dollars....

We already seen what we are worth on the market...it's not a lot...

smfh. You explaining Netflix criteria? What Netflix department you work in? Was the meeting with Monique how she portrayed it to be?

Then after "explaining" Netflix's criteria you say "so I'm thinking," followed by "fact is fact"

Now, imagine this speculative, non-fact based and clear bias approach to a discussion being done on any other topic, how would yall react?
#meToo, marriage, #TimeUp, DACA, Trump, Palestine, Israel...not acceptable, but it's ok to do against this Blackwoman? fawk that

:why:

She becoming 2018's Tyrese
:skip:

She tearing down another black woman's success
:snoop:

Has she been standing up for other issues - serious question or is it only due to this Netflix saga cos its affecting her. Would she be saying shyt if she was happy with the pay they offered her ?

All her IG clips for her podcast are :why:

I'll post some later. She even has her own IG fans criticizing her too.

Her hubby agent is a common factor. He's really the anvil to her career along with her bitterness.

Monique's career is OVER!

Enough of the bullshyt, she doesn't want to put in the work anymore (she's tired BABY).

I mean she thought losing weight was going to be enough, she will disappear soon like countess vaughn and the rest.

She will continue to do podcasts and small gigs here and there to keep herself afloat but the truth is she has burned so many bridges to no point of return.

Monique is funny as fukk though. Just the way she talk, the inflection in her voice is funny. She made Soul Plane somewhat bearable

I agree, I always find her funny in movies and stuff. She is 10x funnier than a Tiffany Haddish. But she don't have to popularity which is more important than having the talent.

it must be really tough for her I can imagine. but she really has nobody to blame but herself.
