I get what your saying, but my point is at some point Mo’s brand has taken a hit. All I’m saying is I’d prefer to see more of her doing what she does best, using as many media platforms that are available. I don’t hear about her that much anymore, unless it’s some industry beef. I want her to win, Ive been going to see her live when given the chance for over 20 years, but the game has evolved. I understand tho it about respect, and if this the route she’s chose so be it.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, maybe you haven't heard about the claims of her being blackballed by Lee Daniels and Oprah, so you may not have factored that in why she hasn't been in the spotlight for sometime.
I did factor that into my reasoning and I think that Netflix and other execs for upcoming projects knows about the blackballing, so they trying to get her at dirt cheap rates
I'm assuming she just ended negotiations, so I'm not sure enough time has passed for the "at some point" argument
