In February 1945 Stalin, Churchill and Roosevelt met at Yalta, and decided that only those countries which were at war with Germany on 1 March 1945 would be invited to the peace conference to be held in San Francisco, where the United Nations would be founded. Accordingly, Turkey finally bit the bullet and declared war on Germany, on 23 February. They did not, however, actually take any part in the fighting.
Russia is a country that is White as shyt, poor, and drug-addicted. Huge White supremacist population, and white supremacy naturally gravitates toward Nazi rhetoric. It is funny though because in wartime Hitler wouldn't have pissed on their bodies if they were on fire. There's neo-nazis in Russia, the country that suffered the most casualties to Nazi Germany, so anything is possible

When did Russia become liberal?Russia was never historically white supremacist though, it was Russia-supremacist (over other USSR states) and internationalist (in order to spread communism). USSR was working hand in hand with various African countries who would send students to Moscow.
The white supremacist thing came up when the USSR blew up, and especially around the 2000s when Russia became ultra-liberal.
