MLB is desperate for young black talent, they are looking for that next Gen Griffey Jr or Frank Thomas. If anything her interest in basketball or soccer is telling about the state of the MLB in general to todays youth.

Kid is a bonified athlete, and she'll prob switch over to basketball in a couple of years if that long, she can close the gap.

If she is killing it in baseball, I'm sure she'd be great in fast pitch softball if she was interested in it. Her fielding and hitting are damn good as well. She has crazy technique.
