That's what they did in 2014 with Tyson Kidd, he had some of his best years in NXT.

Yeah if they used their roster as a rotational type thing that would be cool. Have a few spots solidified but those who you’ve got nothing for, send them to nxt

Sheamus and Cesaro have nothing to do right now so they’re not on tv. Imagine what they’d do in nxt
