Thunder Rosa is my favorite over there, so I'll say no to her. Ruby is probably better in the ring than all of them, so maybe. Mandy is probably on the same level as Tay, and you could argue Peyton is on the same level as Dr. Britt, even though Dr. Britt is 1000x better as a character. Jade has star power, but she's not ready yet.
Mandy is not anywhere close to Conti, unless you’re talking about Conti when she first started in NXT. Britt is very noticeably better than Peyton as well. If you were talking about pre-injury Britt Baker, I’d agree
