I think dude needs to bounce when his contract is up. Go to Japan or something and try to get his mystique back.
Right now he is just jobber status which is why I don;t think a return to NXT like Finn did will help.
Finn was just rudderless but they hadn't turned him into a joke. Ricochet is Sparky Plug status right now.

Pretty sure he signed a new contract last year, ya'll gotta understand that a lot of these wrestlers are really just about the money.
