Is this before he shaved his head and stopped wearing pants? I remember at one point his sadistic tendencies were presented as more of a random quirk than the entirety of his character. That transitional period from post Rated RKO era Orton to the Viper was his peak in my opinion.

Yeah it was during the buildup for WM 25, he was crazy as hell and kicking Vince and Shane in the head then immediately looking shocked as he did it.

As you said though, 07-08 Orton was good too, he stopped all the smug frat boy facial expressions and became a vicious cold blooded killer.

The E should make it that Orton's character have mental issues. Imagine if he truly doesn't have control and just snaps sometimes when he really doesn't want to. They can say one of the last times it happened is when he punted Cokeboy, and that he thought he had it under control since then.

After posting this i started thinking...They may have already did that already. I don't remember all the specifics, or the timeline they did it though.Which is crazy because Orton was my favorite wrestler (of coarse not including people like Taker, and HBK) from around 2008-2011.

fukk Randy Orton. That opening segment was a complete waste of 15 minutes. Roman Reigns did it better the night after he beat The Undertaker at Wrestlemania and he got way more heat. I've NEVER witnessed a crowd boo someone as long as they did Reigns that night.
