They def didn't like the way she got it. Usually someone asks WWE first for outside projects but I'm pretty sure she got asked directly by Jon Favreau after doing an episode of "Hot Ones".
Snoop probably put her on game to have an agent.

She was credited under her real name, not Sasha Banks. I'm guessing she did this on her own without the WWE being involved at all. That's why they're not promoting it.

Yeah usually someone will come to WWE and WWE will CHOOSE who to send... but Favreau/Bryce Dallas Howard got at Sasha after seeing her on Hot Ones cause they thought she looked and came off like a star.
