I was looking for the clip, but can't find it. Long story short, Pillman cut a promo in ECW and he said something about the n-words in the back (New Jack, Mustafa, and possibly JT Smith were in the locker room). New Jack tried to fight him, but Paul E & some of the boys held him back. Pillman's excuse was that he was referencing N.W.A.

Gotta love how italian american wrestlers were portrayed as hard working men of the people and heroes in the 70s, 80s, but 90s and beyond they have been full tilt gabagool, fagettabout it, madone’, whattayagonnado, stereotypes :heh:

is that a goodfellas / sopranos thing?

Goodfellas influenced The Sopranos but then a bunch of commercials played on the stereotype... hip-hop played on the stereotype... and then finally video games such as GTA portrayed all italians as mob bosses..
