No, I disagree. There's no sort of character development within that division outside of the Kong and Brandy stuff.

They give you no reason to care about any of their other acts breh

Kari since tagging with Asuka and turning heel has been an entertaining act.

She was entertaining, heel turn or not. Just glad shes getting screen time.

She's an afterthought right now. If she moved to AEW, she would be the focus of the entire division. She could have great matches with Riho & Shida. I guarantee that she'd be on TV every week showcasing her charisma and in-ring skills every week instead of making Charlotte & Becky look strong

The problem is they don't utilize their Woman's champ every week and they don't give you a reason to care for her.

No backstage segment, no mic time, no nothing. Just a match!

Kairi's backstage antics while Asuka talks would show more personality then her having matches over at AEW.

it's a valid comparison in the aspect that they go out their way to "make Charlotte look strong" so she doesn't take beatdowns and always does the distance in matches

even when Sasha and Bayley first turned heel they still never did a beatdown on Charlotte

Roman Reigns has still taken plenty of beatdowns where he stayed down tho. I get the comparison, I just don't agree entirely.
