I'm hoping so. :francis:

Athletic, got the look, cozy on the mic, will have his wife on the road with him, so he'd be invested.

If he can learn when to dial it down and play serious enough to punch it home when necessary, he's money. :leon:

Reminds me (somewhat unrelated), since someone mentioned Monty Brown earlier, I they should let Bianca Belair use The Pounce. :ehh:

He shows flashes of it. Nice little dynamic tweak to have Montez be the hot head of the group.

Andy Ruiz Reveals That He Rejected Offer From WWE

Andy Ruiz Reveals That He Rejected Offer From WWE

IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz has no interest in getting involved in a WWE match.

He was approached by the pro wrestling organization a few months ago, but rejected their advances to fully focus on the upcoming rematch with Anthony Joshua, which is scheduled for December 7 in Saudi Arabia.

Ruiz captured his unified crown back in June, when he scored four knockdowns to eventually stop Joshua in the seventh round at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Top heavyweight contender Tyson Fury took the WWE up on their offer. He's been featured in several televised spots, and is scheduled to face WWE superstar Braun Strowman on October 31 in Saudi Arabia.

Ruiz, on the other hand, is only focused on his boxing career.

"[The WWE] invited me to go a while back when I won the title - they invited be to go over there and check it out," Ruiz told Daily Mail.

"But you know what, boxing is my life so this is the only thing I know how to do besides being with my family. I'm going to stick to boxing and accomplish more and maybe down the line we'll look for something else to do."

As BoxingScene.com previously reported, Ruiz expects Joshua to target a points win - by boxing from a distance.

"He's going to try and win by points. Especially since he's going to be running around. My job is to cut the ring, and that's exactly what we've been training for. I don't really worry about what he's doing, you know. We have to worry about what we're doing. He has to train hard. I feel that he has more pressure than I do. I just have to do what I have to do, and just let my hands go and focus," Ruiz said.

Look man, I don’t want ‘Tez to HAVE TO go Janetty on his partner in a couple years but if that means he’s the next big thing then Dawkins just gonna have to take one for the culture.

If they do it, they have to really commit because can you IMAGINE the quotables we'd get in that barbershop before Dawkins goes through the window. :ohlawd:

Get Ron Simmons, R-Truth, Titus, Booker, and The New Day in there instigating before it happens.

Dawkins goes through the window. Ron shows up holding clippers.
