Then they sent out not quite flabby Lita out there to announce she will be jobbing at the elimination chamber. It wasn't really that bad though. They should have swapped it with Brock/Bobby.

Why does all the main eventers part timers who never wrestled on tv? And why are all the people on tv treated like straight up jobbers?

What's wrong with building up a big star or let them actually be big stars? If they aren't going to do Bianca/Becky at Wrestlemania, then what have they been building toward all this time.
