@GoddamnyamanProf posted a clip of two male wrestlers doing the same spot and while it DOES look like a botch maybe that was the sequence of the match.
I still think it was a botch just like I think Sasha botched that dive.
To answer why she would go in unprotected; because she's reckless. People have already mentioned that Sasha doesn't protect herself enough on those dives so it's not like it'd be out of the ordinary for her to dive into that kick full on.
And if either of these spots (turnbuckle or dive) were legit it still reflects poorly since they look like botches. But thing is I'm really just highlighting the ridiculous lengths you all go through to cape for Sasha Banks. I get it; she's fukked over by the company. I don't disagree but don't act like she can do no wrong. You all don't have to overcompensate for the lack of credit and opportunity she receives from her employer. She has the potential to be sloppy and reckless just like the other women but she can just put on a far better match than about 75% of them. I won't take that away from her.
