Cena making that 4th wall reference and a couple other things made me think that hes not really shooting and trying to bury Reigns.

Roman didn't stand a chance from the beginning because his mic skills are so weak. But Roman has never been known for razor sharp promos or any clever lines. He gave a bad performance and was clearly outmatched.

It wasn't a bad performance but he was outmatched. That's like asking a reliever to go 5-6 innings in a losing effort, then say he was outmatched by the starting pitcher of the winning team.
