If I were writing this garbage I would have done a quick segment in the back where Alexa explained that Mickie was hurt and so she had to go out and hire herself a bodyguard to make sure that Ronda and Natalya didn't try to take advantage of the situation now that Alexa has no back up and then have her bring out somebody like Mia Yim or Mercedes Martinez.
Then they could have this stupid match between Alexa's bodyguard and Natalya with Ronda and Alexa in the respective corners and continue this angle on the road to Summerslam.
This would give them a veteran worker who can cover for Rousey in matches leading up to Summerslam instead of having her in there against Foxx who is mediocre to be kind in the ring.
