Listen I get it but this is the WWE not a failing promotion that will let them do what they want. Every year it’s somebody saying Vince like Big E , Vince like Jason Jordan, Titus should have a run, it’s not going to happen. Lashley is a tier 1 talent and this was his main event push and he had no crowd reaction with someone the people hate.
Let’s say Roman wins at SS and Braun doesn’t cash in.

I'm talking about legit over where the crowd is invested in the actual wrestler from start to finish, and don't just cheer for the theme song and the finisher move.

Look at how Vince treats Rusev & Naka & Miz, they actually succeed in spite of the crappy booking. If the fans care about you then you get the Bayley treatment, but if they don't give a fukk then you're a main even star for years to come.

The NYC crowd is no more likely to cheer Roman than the Chicago crowd would be to boo CM Punk . Any cheers heard for him will almost 100% certainly be piped in.
