Revival is a top tag team? Yeah I know they are in theory but they ain't been booked as such

This is their problem when they try to do these "odd couple" tag stories. You can't put the odd couple in a bad situation if you do it against a tag team with no credibility. The Revival have been booked as bums since forever now, so it does nothing for anyone in this match to even be involved
