Shayna's just better at it. Even when Ronda is trying to be intimidating, it doesn't come across as believable. If not for her UFC background, she'd be laughed off.

This. I enjoyed Raw the recent times I went, but it's hard to keep your energy up the entire time. I was there for good shows, too. I can't imagine keeping your enthusiam up through a boring or crappy show.
