this angle would've been better if they knew how to BUILD like they used to.

Roman should've started this back in January if they wanted to really build it properly.

Trying to jam it in 3-4 weeks before Mania is trying too hard, and that's how it comes across.

Yup. Or have this be an issue Roman had been teasing out since November or December. That he wants the championship so he can bring some respect back to it because the current guy holding it shows up when he wants and doesn't respect the belt or the organization. so now we'd be in 3-4 months of that and it would all ring true.
