. But that applies to every day women that have to work every day, often doing something they hate while suppprting kids and often a grown ass man. This man has his pick of heiresses and fitness influencers and dancers of all ages (and races) with nothing but energy. He likes his women the same way he likes his eggs...young, white, and plain

I think ideally men would rather a long term partner who remained youthful in appearance and attitude over dating younger women over and over but the former is much harder to achieve based on what you said earlier.

You've failed as a father if your daughter would ever end up in a situation where a man your age or older is courting her.
You've failed as a man if you can't have a relationship with someone who is close to your age and would have had similar life experiences. This is actually worse than the college sophomore hanging around the parking lot trying to get 11th and 12th graders while his friends are linking up with college girls on their way out but looking for some fun before they graduate. This is the equivalent of a parent doing the birdman handrub and saying "I'll be back in a few years when you start looking like your fine-ass mama" to his child's peer when he see them and their parent at an elementary school event.

There’s nothing creepy about old guys wanting to be with women in their primes. As long as they’re not chasing them when they’re kids (i.e. grooming) then I see nothing out of the ordinary here. Rich/famous men just have the means to pull it off
