Look at it again, the mom and her made eye contact, she pulled the cart after seeing the girl pointing at the shirt.
She jerked the cart, who the hell exerts that much force to pull a cart, and why would she be walking backwards anyway.
Whether it was intentional or not, that's inexcusable.
