No, I support 2 years of compulsory military service for every American.

There's kids jacking cars at age 12. What age would this mythical 2 years of compulsory service happen. And after the service is done, or they fail or get kicked out, what happens then?
it would happen after high school or sooner if they drop out. If they fail or get kicked out, they're left to their own devices as they are today without conscription.
