Molly was originally not even supposed to be a moderator at ESPN anyways and instead of Mike and Mike. She got screwed over when that move to NYC first ended up getting cancelled as the format eventually came Get Up and they had to find something else for her to do.

For that reason alone, I will always cut her some slack considering being a moderator is something that a lot of ESPN women over the years have complained about doing and rightfully so.
