Exposing a colleague is a sex worker to hundreds of co-workers is textbook harassment. Y'all don't have to sit through those harassment training videos every couple of years?

You're exposing a prostitute, which is illegal everywhere in the U.S. but six counties in Nevada... I don't see what the problem is :yeshrug:

I guess workplace harassment laws vary from state to state, but I don't see any state where that would acceptable.

Yes, exposing a coworker's sex history can generally be considered harassment, as it is a form of unwelcome sexual conduct that can create a hostile work environment, particularly if the information is spread without the individual's consent and is used to negatively impact their professional standing or reputation

There's no lawsuit
Prostitution is illegal
Ain't no different than exposing a male co-worker who sells drugs, fight dogs or running a scam

Illegal or not. True or not. You cannot expose a co-worker's sex history to hundreds of other co-workers. Y'all jobs really don't make you watch those harassment videos. This a violation on a couple of different levels. This is one of those things I'm going to ask you to trust me on, if you care about your job please don't go around trying to expose a co-worker as a prostitute (no matter how much proof you have).

I'm taking it that these laws vary from state to state, because if you live in a more liberal state: California, New York, Washington, Oregon, etc. exposing a co-worker as a prostitute, in your work email, to hundreds of other co-workers is clearly prohibited as workplace harassment.

Farming is an activity. It later became a profession after mankind established an economy.

In order to have a profession, there has to be an economy with a method for paying wages. Otherwise, we're just talking about "subsistence activities".
So how was prostitution established as a profession before the means by which societies were able to feed themselves, brother?

Amazing. A website where bytches is human trafficking themselves.
And it’s legal!

human trafficking involves an element of force that doesn't occur when you are voluntarily doing something by yourself
amazing that it's been a whole year of diddy lawsuits and charges and yall are still none the wiser :snoop:

You’re probably right. I’ll take your word for it.

I don’t work with this hoe so I’m good. I did edit the post and take everything down though. I’m not trying to ruin this hoe’s life lol
