Funniest story-when I was on a training excercise in Fort Irwin California, there was these things called Strykers (look em up). I had to shyt real bad so I went behind the Stryker and took a shyt. What I didnt know there was a drone surveying the area and the whole Battalion saw me taking a shyt

I got stories for days. Met some real characters.


I coped by having an open mind. I met alotta cool white dudes and learned new things. U can learn alot about white habits by being around them. Its when I opened my mind to heavy metal, EDM and other stereotypical cactivities such as hunting and rock climbing. And I learned from alotta other cultures/races too.

Disrespect, if its at work and the person outranked me I filed paperwork and hemmed them up. Or bc I was cool with alotta higher ups and was a “good soldier” I just had homies who outranked them fukk them up. Yelled at , bad paperwork, shyt missions u name it. Or I just beat them the fukk up. Infantry has different rules.

General advice- Be charming and make alot of friends in supply, headquarters and basically everyone who does ur paperwork. Make sure high ranking officers know who u are and take a liking to u. Have friends in high spaces. That , with maxed out pt scores , clean uniform and showing up everywhere on time u can literally do whatever the fukk u want. Ive cussed out officers and knocked out ncos and I still beat the case. They need me more than I need them.

Martial art? Sure if u want. U better know how to fight though. I was 5-0 in the barracks.

I remember my first day at work I had 2 E6's arguing over some dumb shyt and I just looked at them like "You serious" and walked out on them and did their shyt in like an hour


I was E1 too... But what they didn't know is that I finished top of my class and was accelerated to E4.

My command tried to lie/fukk me over and say that they never "received my paperwork"..

You not lying about knowing people in high places... Some people my grandmother knows in high places ended up contacting my instructor and he called my command and cussed everyone out

I was a petty officer the next week.

Definitely do what @Hennessypapi suggested. Get to know the right people, dress sharp, show up on time, etc. it happened to me naturally.

And I never had many issues because I guess I was "scary" to some people. There were times where some white boy would try to pull some bullshyt rank fukk shyt and I would "quietly" check them. Remember, just because they outrank you doesn't mean they can disrespect you. You just got to be more careful about it because they are p*ssy and will do sneaky/cowardly shyt to get at you.

Craxy to think if I had stayed in I could probably be an E7 by now
