for some time now @Houston911 has been abusing his power as a moderator. we don't have any regulations that state what type of discussions members can and can't participate in on the forum because of the country they are from.

a moderator should not be able to arbitrarily decide that Canadians can't talk about American politics. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. Especially when it comes to feeble minds with authority.

I am posting this here as a notice. I don't know that anything will be done beside him bushing me but it should be noted regardless. all the false infractions he is giving out and locking people out of threads because they are from Canada is juvenile stupid behavior and compromises the forum.

If this is a regulation issue it should be noted as such in the forum rules and he should be able to cite them exactly. I'm not breaking any rules by being form Canada and talking about American politics regardless of how he feels. I am not trolling or doing anything abusive, a mod cannot censor discussions because he doesn't like my viewpoint or my ethnicity.

Find and post a thread about foreign politics with him weighing in. That would bolster your point and reveal the double standard.

Good % of the board takes their cues and views from YTers. So, likely if one of them spoke on it, their followers repeated what they said here. Look up racial tension flareups from South Africa from a few years back. Certain that non South African members voiced their opinions and parrots repeated what YTers told them to say/think.

Agree with some of this, but some of the rules are in place because of past abuses. You are a "rookie" here. If you can't post in certain sections yet, that seems like a new rule because other new members were shucking and jiving and making inflammatory attention seeking threads and posts.
You think that we're all grown here, but that's not the truth and childishness and ignorance runs rampant. Even with an extensive ignore list like I have, it's still unavoidable.

Mods should technically not be active posters in the forums they moderate. To avoid abuses like what are being described in this thread. And there should be posted rules that can be cited when a person is penalized. Otherwise, people bring petty beefs into play.
