It wasn't understated at all. They toured for the 20th anniversary for more than a year.

I'm sure they toured it but I just dont remember a super high notable gig or gigs like Nas, Snoop and Wu did for their 20 anniversary tours I guess.

They've actually been touring the last 3 years celebrating the 20th anniversary of the group, Juvenile Hell and The Infamous. Don't know what to tell you.

Mobb Deep is my favorite group EVER, but they simply aren't as big of a draw as guys like Nas, Snoop and Wu-Tang. Mobb isn't going to headline festivals, or get invited to perform at The Kennedy Center, or perform their back catalog on Jimmy Fallon. But they were much more aggressive with their anniversary stuff than Snoop and Wu-Tang. By far. Nas seemed to have the right people around him though, because he really capitalized on his anniversary in a way I haven't seen before in rap.

I saw them this year on the Hell On Earth tour. Turns out it's more of a way to perform all their best songs from Infamous, Hell On Earth, Murda Muzik, on to their newer stuff instead of just from HOE so you'll get a chance to see them perform Shook Ones if you go. Also, I got to briefly meet them after the show, which was cool. Definitely something you gotta see at least once.
