I was watching a Al Profit interview with a ex Latin king from Chicago.

He said...all the leaders of the gangs were friendly and would eat together and do business because they were out to make money.....and they would let the cats under them fight it out on the streets.

It's the same everywhere....politics, business, etc...

It's crazy how dude thinks like that at that age, surely by now he should know those in leading roles get more than the foot soldiers, usually, foot soldiers only get recognised and receive more when they rank up a position. He's clearly never read military books.
