Lets be real you have to pay dak. I was against it but he has 2 playoff runs in 3 years. There aren't any better alternatives and the draft is 1) a huge crapshoot and 2) too damn risky considering our timeline. Our o-line is in their prime NOW and we just locked up our defensive star. It would be dumb to gamble on a rookie qb, you just gotta pay up.

It's not a forgone conclusion. He's not getting 32-34 mil. I can see him getting 30.28 would be ideal. 31 is pushing it.
