That was actually my first thought when I watched the visual album...like as silly and improbable as it sounds, could he possibly release an album while being as honest as Beyonce was about the whole situation?
Can Jay really be honest about what it's like to be a man? Let alone a powerful man? About the reality that nothing Beyonce or any woman can really do as far as looks, net worth or sexual acrobatics can really quell the INSTINCT to chase p*ssy?
People saying it's all about marketing and publicity kinda missed the point of "Lemonade". The lemons, or the issues addressed were already public and were only going to get MORE public with the news outlets and gossip sites like TMZ controlling the narrative...They are controlling it now, they are making the best out of the bad PR (lemons) surrounding their relationship. It doesn't have to be staged for them to use what is already a bad situation to their advantage, doesn't have to be either/or.
