That's crazy though i knew Jordan had huge hands. On a basketball court having big hands does so much for you as far as handling the ball and controlling it in the lane. That was another underrated thing people don't talk about enough with Jordan and that's his mitts and how much more effective the size of them made him on the court.

i'd be interested to hear theories on what aspects of the game it affected the most. I know for example plenty of people who could dunk a tennis ball, but not a basketball because their hands where too small to palm it and they didn't have quite enough elevation for a two handed dunk.
