I have definitely been mistaken for Hispanic and biracial. Every time I’m in Walmart, someone comes up to me and starts speaking Spanish.
The thing is, I’m dark skin so I don’t “look like a “spanish speaker”Happens to me a lot, too. Once they start speaking Spanish to me, I'm like:
I’m Sudanese and ppl think I’m Somali, Eritrean or EthiopianCacs never know my ethnicity. Arabs always assume I'm Sudanese.
But Somalis know I'm Somali.

True fukkin story.

I was in Columbus, Ohio, with my sisters and my now, ex wife. We were in the mall that was downtown. A Somalian woman walked up to me, talking to me in her language. I told her "I'm from Illinois", then she said "sorry" and started talking to me in English.
I probably look more like a Somalian now, than I did back then. My forehead has gotten bigger because of my hairline

We have a unique look even the darkest ones. Black brazilians remind me of this look. I found out my ancestry using the dna test and I was thoroughly suprised.
